Acetylpropionylmorphine is a semi-synthetic opioid compound that is used as a narcotic analgesic. It is derived from morphine, one of the most potent naturally occurring opioids. Chemistry

Acetylpropionylmorphine is a morphine derivative in which the 3-hydroxy group has been acetylated and the 6-hydroxy group has been propionylated. Pharmacology
