Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Beat eggs, egg whites and water in a medium bowl with a wire whisk until well blended.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the bacon and basil.
  4. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
  5. Bake25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bakean additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
