Keto bread Did you know that you can make delicious keto friendly bread using the following ingredients?
Ingredients:
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a loaf pan and set it aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs, then stir in the melted butter or coconut oil, water, and apple cider vinegar.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Pour the dough into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing out the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely.
