Daurismo - (pronounced) (DOOR-is-moh) drug used with low-dose cytarabine to treat newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia. It is used in patients aged 75 years and older, or in patients who cannot be treated with other anticancer medicines. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Daurismo blocks a type of protein involved in cell growth and repair and can block the growth of cancer cells. It's kind of an antagonist of the Hedgehog signaling pathway. Also called glasdegib maleate
