Almond celery (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. In lg skillet, melt butter.
  2. Add almonds and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Remove almonds with slotted spoon.
  4. Add all other ingredients to skillet.
  5. Cover and cook till crisp-tender, about 5-6 minutes.
  6. Return almonds and mix well.
