Chorizo-potato tostadas (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Pan fry chorizo until it changes color and gives off some of its oil.
  2. Add cubed potato and continue sauteeing until potato absorbs chorizo color and flavor.
  3. Place a portion of this on each tostada.
  4. Top it with shredded lettuce, crumbled cheese and avocado slices.
  5. Season with salt to taste and your favorite chile salsa.
