Baked chicken breast (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Chop Tarragon and Garlic together with olive oil to make a paste.
  3. Massage garlic mixture all over breasts.
  4. Place chicken in glass baking dish and add mushrooms, stock, and white wine. Cover with foil.
  5. Bakefor 25 minutes.
  6. Remove foil, baste breasts, and sprinkle cheese on top of each.
  7. Bakefor an additional 5 - 10 minutes or until browned and cheese has melted.
