Riley's First Date? is a 2015 American computer-animated short film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It is a sequel to the 2015 feature film Inside Out and features the same characters from the original film. The short film was directed by Josh Cooley and written by Cooley, Pete Docter, and Meg LeFauve.
Plot
The short film takes place a year after the events of Inside Out. Riley is now 12 years old and is visited by a boy named Jordan. Riley's parents, Jill and Bill, suspect that Jordan might be Riley's first date. The story humorously explores the emotions of Riley, her parents, and Jordan as they navigate this potentially awkward situation.
