Lightning McQueen
Lightning McQueen is a fictional character from the Pixar animated film series Cars, which debuted in 2006. The character, a race car, was designed by Pixar storyboard artist Jorgen Klubien and was inspired by stock cars, and a Chevrolet Corvette C6. Voiced by Owen Wilson in the films and Keith Ferguson in most other media, Lightning McQueen serves as the protagonist in Cars and Cars 3, and a main character in Cars 2.
