Recipe instructions

  1. Place mushrooms in a single layer in a large oven-safe pan.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
  3. Roast in a preheated 450 8F oven until mushrooms are tender and fragrant, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.
