Mozobil - (pronounced) (MOH-zoh-bil) A drug used with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor before autologous stem cell transplantation in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma or multiple myeloma. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Mozobil helps transport stem cells from the bone marrow into the blood so they can be collected, stored, and then given back to the patient. Mozobil is a type of hematopoietic stem cell mobilizer. Also called AMD 3100 and Plerixafor
