The Missouri Republican Party is the state affiliate of the Republican Party (United States). It is responsible for promoting Republican principles and supporting Republican candidates in the state of Missouri. The party's headquarters is located in Jefferson City.

The Missouri Republican Party was founded in the mid-19th century, around the same time as the national Republican Party. The party has played a significant role in Missouri politics, particularly during the Reconstruction era and the late 20th century.
