- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cinnamon, clove, cardamom for flavor
Instructions:
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger in ghee.
- Add meat and brown on all sides.
- Add spices, chia seeds, and enough water to cover.
- Simmer for 2-3 hours until meat is tender and mixture has a porridge-like consistency.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, mint, and fried onions.
Keto Baklava
Ingredients:
- 2 cups ground almonds
- 1 cup erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100g butter, melted
- Cardamom powder for flavoring
Instructions:
- Mix ground almonds, erythritol, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Layer the mixture between sheets of keto-friendly pastry or flattened almond flour dough.
- Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Flavor with cardamom and let cool before serving.
