Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 8C.
  2. Press pastry into mini muffin tins.
  3. Mix eggs,cream and cheese together until combined.
  4. Add in ham and onion mix together.
  5. Spoon mix into pastry then bakein oven for approx 20 mins or until browned and puffy.
  6. Remove from tins asap or they will go soggy place on wire rack.
