  5. Add soy sauce, garlic, red pepper flakes, ginger, olive oil and cinnamon.
  6. Turn chicken to coat both sides with marinade.
  7. Refrigerate for one hour.
  8. Preheat oven to 375 8F.
  9. Place chicken in oven and bakefor 30-45 minutes.
  10. To serve with gravy.
