Onion crescent sticks (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Crush onions in a dish or baggie.
  2. Combine margarine, parsley, eggs and garlic in a shallow bowl and mix well.
  3. Separate rolls into 4 sections and seal perforations.
  4. Cut each section into 8 strips.
  5. Dip each in egg mixture.
  6. Roll in crushed onions.
  7. Place on baking sheet.
  8. Bakeat 375 for 12 minutes til brown.
