Short definitionErdafitinib (ER-duh-FIH-tih-feather) A drug used to treat adults with urothelial cancer (a type of bladder or urinary tract cancer) that is locally advanced or has spread and certain Mutations (changes) in the tumor have FGFR3 or FGFR2 gene or a fusion gene involving these genes. It is used in patients whose cancer has gotten worse during or after treatment with at least one type of platinum chemotherapy.
