Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cover half sheet pan with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
  3. Mix all ingredients except fish.
  4. Spread mixture on one side of each fillet.
  5. Bakeuncovered for 15 to 25 minutes (depending on the thickness of you fish) till fish is done.
  6. Brown slightly with broiler if desired.
