Recipe instructions
- Marinate beef in soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry, egg white, and sesame oil for 30 minutes.
- Heat 2 Tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot.
- Stir-fry green pepper and salt 2 minutes; remove from pan; set aside.
- Heat 2 more Tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot.
- Add meat mixture; stir-fry 3 minutes.
- Add green pepper and cook 1 minute more.
- Serve hot.
