3C-MAL

3C-MAL is a psychedelic and entactogen drug of the phenethylamine class. It is a member of the DOB family and is closely related to mescaline and allylescaline.

3C-MAL is a phenethylamine and amphetamine derivative, and is structurally related to mescaline and allylescaline. It is a member of the DOB family of psychedelic phenethylamines. The full chemical name of 3C-MAL is 1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-methylaminopropane.
Pharmacology[edit]
The pharmacology of 3C-MAL is not well studied. However, it is known to act as a serotonin receptor agonist, similar to other psychedelic phenethylamines. It is thought to produce its effects primarily through activation of the 5-HT2A receptor, although other serotonin receptors may also be involved.
Effects[edit]
The effects of 3C-MAL are similar to those of other psychedelic phenethylamines, and include hallucinations, enhanced sensory perception, and altered thought patterns. The duration of effects is typically 6-8 hours, although this can vary depending on the dose and individual metabolism.
