Sausage Broccoli Cauliflower Gratin

A delicious and hearty keto friendly dish, the Sausage Broccoli Cauliflower Gratin is a perfect meal for those following a low-carb diet.

Ingredients

• 1 lb sausage
• 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
• 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and no longer pink. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the broccoli and cauliflower florets. Cook until they are slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, broccoli, cauliflower, heavy cream, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
