Buffalo Chicken Paprika Mayo Butter Fried Cabbage

This is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe that combines the flavors of buffalo chicken, paprika, mayo, butter, and fried cabbage.

Ingredients

• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 head of cabbage, shredded
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink in the middle, about 6-8 minutes per side.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add the shredded cabbage and cook until it starts to soften, about 5 minutes.

7. Shred the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet with the cabbage.
