Keto Parmesan Croutons
Keto Parmesan Croutons are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional croutons. They are perfect for adding a crunchy texture to your salads or soups.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Almond Flour
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of Black Pepper
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then add the olive oil. Mix well.
- Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball with the back of a spoon to form a crouton shape.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the croutons are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow the croutons to cool before serving.
