Keto Tres Leches Cake[edit]

Keto Tres Leches Cake is a delicious, low-carb version of the traditional Tres Leches Cake. This recipe is perfect for those following a Ketogenic Diet and craving for a sweet treat.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. While the cake is cooling, combine the almond milk, heavy cream, and unsweetened condensed milk in a bowl.
  8. Once the cake has cooled, poke holes all over the top with a fork.
  9. Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
