Keto Cheesesteak Casserole is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for those following a Ketogenic diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors that will satisfy your taste buds without compromising your diet.

Ingredients

• 1.5 lbs of Thinly sliced beef steak
• 2 Green bell peppers, sliced
• 1 Onion, sliced
• 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
• 1.5 cups of Provolone cheese, shredded
• 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
• Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the thinly sliced beef steak to the skillet and cook until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the sliced green bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
5. Return the steak to the skillet and mix with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Transfer the steak and vegetable mixture to a baking dish. Top with the shredded provolone cheese.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
