Ginger Ribs with Creamy Red Cabbage[edit]

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, and erythritol. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Rub the mixture onto the ribs, ensuring all sides are covered. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking tray and bake for about 1 hour, or until the ribs are tender and cooked through.
  5. While the ribs are baking, melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  6. Add the shredded red cabbage to the pan and sauté until it starts to soften.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring well to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Reduce the heat to low and let the cabbage simmer for about 15 minutes, or until it's tender and the cream has thickened.
  9. Once the ribs are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve the ribs with the creamy red cabbage on the side.
