Sullivans Kedough Breakfast Pizza is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe that is perfect for breakfast. It is easy to prepare and packed with proteins and healthy fats, making it a great choice for those following a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit]
- 1 cup of Almond Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup of Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup of Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup of Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1/2 cup of Bell Peppers (diced)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, eggs, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Mix until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the dough for 10 minutes, or until it is golden brown.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and top with cheddar cheese, bacon, and bell peppers.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then slice and serve.
