Keto Quesadillas[edit]

Keto Quesadillas are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is packed with healthy fats and proteins, making it a great choice for a low-carb meal.

  1. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and bell peppers to the pan and sauté until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
  3. Add the cooked chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is heated through.
  4. Remove the chicken and vegetables from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil and place one tortilla in the pan.
  6. Sprinkle half of the cheese on the tortilla, followed by the chicken and vegetable mixture, and then the rest of the cheese.
  7. Place the second tortilla on top and press down gently with a spatula.
  8. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Cut into quarters and serve hot.
