Ingredients

• 500g chicken breast, cut into pieces
• 2 tablespoons garam masala
• 1 tablespoon turmeric
• 1 tablespoon cumin
• 1 tablespoon coriander
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
• 1 can coconut milk
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan and sauté until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides.
4. Add the garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder to the pan and stir well to coat the chicken in the spices.
5. Pour in the coconut milk and stir well to combine.
6. Reduce the heat to low and let the chicken simmer in the sauce for 20-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
