Keto White Pizza[edit]
Keto White Pizza is a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional pizza. It's made with a cauliflower crust, creamy alfredo sauce, and topped with mozzarella and ricotta cheese. This recipe is perfect for those following a Ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit]
- 1 medium cauliflower head
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded, for topping)
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
- Cook the cauliflower rice in a skillet over medium heat until it's soft. Let it cool.
- Mix the cooked cauliflower rice with the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
- Press the mixture onto a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Spread the alfredo sauce over the crust. Top with mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
- Bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
