- 1 lb Spicy Sausage
- 1 cup Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup Jalapenos, diced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit]
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, cook the spicy sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain the fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, green onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
