Low Carb Poppy Seed Bread[edit]

This is a delicious and healthy recipe for a low carb poppy seed bread. It's perfect for those following a keto diet as it's high in healthy fats and low in carbs.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, poppy seeds, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
