Sashimi Rolls are a keto-friendly adaptation of traditional sushi rolls. Instead of using rice, these rolls emphasize on raw fish and keto-friendly fillings.

Ingredients[edit]

  • Fresh fish slices (like tuna, salmon, or mackerel)
  • Nori (seaweed) sheets
  • Cucumber, julienned
  • Avocado slices
  • Wasabi and soy sauce for serving (ensure soy sauce is gluten-free if required)

Preparation[edit]

  • 1. Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat or a flat surface.
  • 2. Arrange the fish slices in the center of the nori sheet.
  • 3. Place cucumber and avocado slices next to the fish.
  • 4. Carefully roll the nori sheet tightly around the fillings.
  • 5. Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
  • 6. Serve with wasabi and soy sauce.
