Keto naan bread with melted garlic butter
Ingredients[edit]
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons of psyllium husk powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of butter
Instructions[edit]
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt.
- Add the boiling water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into six pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Flatten each ball of dough into a naan shape and cook in the pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Mince the garlic and melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Brush each naan with the melted garlic butter before serving.
