Keto Guacamole is a rich, creamy dip that's not only delicious but also packs a punch of healthy fats, making it perfect for the keto diet. It's made primarily from avocados, which are high in monounsaturated fats and contain minimal carbohydrates.

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed avocados with the lime juice. Mix well.
  2. Add in the chopped onion, diced tomatoes, minced jalapeño (if using), and fresh cilantro. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic (if using). Mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together.
  5. Serve with keto-friendly chips or vegetable sticks.
