P2RY10 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the P2RY10 gene. This protein is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family, which is a large family of proteins that play a role in many different physiological functions.
Function[edit]
The P2RY10 gene encodes a G protein-coupled receptor that responds to extracellular adenosine and uridine nucleotides. These receptors are involved in a variety of physiological processes, including inflammation, immune response, and platelet aggregation.
Clinical significance[edit]
