Columbia University School of the Arts
Columbia University School of the Arts is one of the professional schools of Columbia University, located in New York City. The school offers Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degrees in Film, Theatre, Visual Arts, and Writing. It also offers a Master of Arts (MA) in Film Studies.
History
The Columbia University School of the Arts was established in 1965. It was created to provide a comprehensive education in the arts, combining rigorous academic training with practical experience. The school has since grown to become one of the leading institutions for arts education in the United States.
