Harvard Kennedy School (HKS), officially the John F. Kennedy School of Government, is the public policy and public administration school of Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States.

History

The Harvard Kennedy School was established in 1936 as the Graduate School of Public Administration with a mission to train public servants. In 1966, it was renamed in honor of President John F. Kennedy, a Harvard alumnus, following his assassination. The school has since grown to become one of the most prestigious institutions for public policy and administration education.
