Gyu-Kaku is a chain of Japanese yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurants. The name "Gyu-Kaku" translates to "Horn of the Bull" in English. The restaurant chain is known for its interactive dining experience where customers grill their own meat at the table.

Gyu-Kaku was founded in 1996 in Japan by Reins International Inc., a subsidiary of Colowide Co., Ltd.. The first restaurant opened in Tokyo, and the concept quickly gained popularity. The chain expanded internationally, with locations in the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other countries.
