Lisa Reynolds

American physician and politician
Lisa Reynolds is an American physician and politician serving as a member of the Oregon House of Representatives from the 36th district. She is a member of the Democratic Party.
Early life and education[edit]
Reynolds was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She attended Stanford University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of California, San Francisco.
Medical career[edit]
After completing her medical degree, Reynolds returned to Portland to complete her residency in pediatrics at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). She has worked as a pediatrician in the Portland area for over two decades, focusing on child health and wellness. Reynolds has been an advocate for children's health issues, including vaccination, nutrition, and mental health.
Political career[edit]
Reynolds entered politics with a focus on healthcare reform, education, and environmental issues. She was elected to the Oregon House of Representatives in 2020, representing the 36th district, which includes parts of Southwest Portland and Lake Oswego.
In the Oregon Legislature, Reynolds has served on several committees, including the House Committee on Health Care, the House Committee on Education, and the Joint Committee on Ways and Means. She has been a vocal advocate for expanding access to healthcare, improving public education, and addressing climate change.
Personal life[edit]
Reynolds lives in Portland with her family. She is married and has two children. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and volunteering in her community.
