4-Methylphenethylamine
4-Methylphenethylamine (also known as 4-MPEA, para-methylphenethylamine or p-methylphenethylamine) is a chemical compound that belongs to the class of organic compounds known as phenethylamines. It is a stimulant and a nootropic that is used for its cognitive enhancement properties.
Chemistry
4-Methylphenethylamine is a phenethylamine derivative with a methyl group attached to the fourth carbon of the phenyl ring. It is structurally similar to amphetamine, but has a lower potency and a different mechanism of action.
