Cortifen (pronounced: /kɔːrˈtɪfɛn/) is a medicinal compound often used in the treatment of various inflammatory conditions.

Etymology

The term "Cortifen" is derived from two parts: "Corti-" which is a prefix related to the cortisone family of drugs, and "-fen" which is a common suffix used in pharmaceutical nomenclature.

Usage
