Chalfont is a borough in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. As of the 2020 census, the population was 4,300. The borough is part of the North Penn Valley, a region that is centered around the borough of Lansdale.
History
Chalfont was named after Chalfont St Giles, a village in Buckinghamshire, England. The borough was incorporated in 1901. The area was originally inhabited by the Lenape Native Americans before European settlers arrived in the 18th century.
