Thalipeeth is a type of flatbread from the Indian state of Maharashtra. It is a savoury multi-grain pancake popular in Western India, particularly Maharashtra. The dough is prepared from a flour of roasted grains, legumes and spices. The grains include Jowar, Bajra, Rice and Wheat.
