Oscar Gugen

Oscar Gugen‏‎ (1914–1979) was a British businessman and a pioneer in the field of scuba diving. He was one of the co-founders of the British Sub-Aqua Club (BSAC), the largest diving club in the UK, and served as its first Chairman.
