David B. Samadi (born March 1, 1964) is an American urologist and surgeon known for his expertise in robotic surgery and the treatment of prostate cancer. He is a board-certified urologist and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

David B. Samadi was born in Iran and immigrated to the United States at a young age. He completed his undergraduate studies at Stony Brook University, where he earned a degree in biochemistry. He then attended the SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine, where he received his MD degree.
