The Washington–Baltimore Combined Statistical Area (CSA) is a combined statistical area in the United States that includes the Washington metropolitan area and the Baltimore metropolitan area. It is the fourth-largest combined statistical area in the United States, with a population of 9,973,383 as of the 2020 census.
Geography
The Washington–Baltimore CSA spans parts of Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. It covers an area of approximately 14,412 square miles.
