University for Peace
University for Peace (UPEACE) is an international institution of higher education dedicated to the study of peace and conflict resolution. History
The idea for the University for Peace was proposed in the United Nations Charter itself, but it wasn't until 1980 that the UN General Assembly adopted resolution 35/55, establishing UPEACE.
