History
The Michel and Albert Roux brothers opened the Waterside Inn in 1972. Initially, it was a simple restaurant, but it quickly gained popularity due to the exceptional culinary skills of the Roux brothers. In 1985, it was awarded its third Michelin star, which it has retained ever since, making it the first restaurant outside of France to hold three stars for such a long period.
Cuisine
The Waterside Inn is famous for its French cuisine. The menu changes with the seasons to ensure the freshest ingredients are used.
