NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital is a community hospital located in the Lower Manhattan area of New York City. It is part of the NewYork-Presbyterian Healthcare System, one of the largest and most comprehensive healthcare delivery systems in the United States.

NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital was originally established in 1853 as the New York Infirmary for Indigent Women and Children by Elizabeth Blackwell, the first woman to receive a medical degree in the United States. The hospital has undergone several name changes and relocations throughout its history. In 2013, it became part of the NewYork-Presbyterian Healthcare System and was renamed NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital.
